Why Read901 Exists
At Read901 Dyslexia Center, we believe every child deserves the chance to read with confidence and joy. Too many bright, capable students struggle silently—falling behind in school, losing self-esteem, and believing they’re “not good at reading.” In reality, many of these children simply have dyslexia, a difference in how the brain processes written language.
Despite how common dyslexia is, many families still struggle to find effective, evidence-based help. Traditional classroom instruction often isn’t enough, and early intervention can make all the difference. That’s why Read901 was created — to fill that gap with expert therapy, compassionate support, and proven results.
Curriculum

Using the Take Flight program, a comprehensive Orton–Gillingham–based approach, Read901 helps students strengthen their reading, spelling, and writing skills through structured, multisensory instruction tailored to how they learn best. Our mission is simple: to unlock the power to read — giving every child the tools, confidence, and independence they need to succeed in school and in life.

Build is an early-literacy intervention designed specifically for kindergarten and first-grade students who are beginning to show signs of reading difficulty. Similar to Take Flight—but developmentally tailored for younger learners—Build provides structured, multisensory instruction in phonological awareness, early phonics, handwriting, and foundational reading skills. Lessons are hands-on, engaging, and carefully sequenced to help children build confidence and establish the essential skills they need before reading challenges become more serious. For many families, Build offers the right support at the right time, giving young learners a strong start on their reading journey.
